Having Problems?

IMPORTANT! IF YOUR DATA RATE FALLS BELOW 300 KBPS, YOU WILL HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS!!!!

ALSO, Corporate users and computers on a network with shared bandwidth can have sporadic problems with low bandwidth.

This is new technology and sometimes an unstable connection will cause the show to "hang". If that happens more than once, we recommend that you click the button to the right of the "speaker" volume icon and choose a slower bandwidth speed. Also, the shows will run smoother if you don't have other browser windows open.

IF YOU ARE CONSTANTLY SEEING "BUFFERING", AND THEN THE SHOW STARTS AGAIN, YOU ARE EXPERIENCING AN UNSTABLE INTERNET CONNECTION. Another sympton is long waits (more than ten seconds) between "chapters". There's not a lot you can do except come back later. One thing you can try is closing all windows except the show's window, and avoiding any online activity except for the show.
